Authenticity and deep trust form the foundation for a culture that enables innovation and transformation.
What Matters to Me
I firmly believe that people must be seen in their entirety. It is essential to combine appreciation and humanity with the pursuit of excellence. Humor and goodwill play a central role in collaboration for me. I find the open exchange between different perspectives, disciplines, and cultures particularly enriching, as it often brings forth the best ideas.
What Motivates Me
I am fascinated by the magic of synergies that arise when people collaborate. Together, we expand the boundaries of what is possible, and the whole becomes more than the sum of its parts. I draw my motivation from connecting psychological insights from research with practice, allowing science and business to optimally benefit from each other. My focus is on promoting an evidence-based practice that enables sustainable and measurable results.
