What Motivates Me

Even at the start of my career, I took on diverse responsibilities and bravely faced challenges. These experiences shaped me as I came to understand my limits, fears, but also my strengths and values. As an entrepreneur and leader, I know what it’s like to build something new from the ground up and to change the course of life. Continuous self-reflection has shown me the importance of self-leadership and authenticity for success and satisfaction.

I enjoy working at the intersections, where diverse perspectives meet and changes occur. I am motivated by transforming tensions into positive energy, creating synergies, and taking collaboration to a new level.

Through the concept I co-founded, TrueSelf™, I create spaces where individuals, teams, and organizations can unlock their full potential, contributing to an authentic and sustainable working world.
